1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bdt44 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all use of the bdt44 website accessible at https://bdt44.io and any services delivered through it, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the bdt44 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt44 strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of local legal gambling ages in other jurisdictions.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Location: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or deposit restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• Existing Accounts: You must not already hold an active or suspended bdt44 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

3 Account Management

Each player may maintain only one registered account on the bdt44 platform. Operating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bdt44 account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated. bdt44 will treat all activity originating from your account credentials as authorised by you. You must keep your username, password, and any one-time verification codes confidential at all times and must not share them with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bdt44 support team immediately at [email protected]. bdt44 cannot be held responsible for losses sustained through unauthorised access where those losses arose as a direct or indirect result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bdt44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it believes that the account is being used in breach of this Agreement, where required by law or regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player or to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from the bdt44 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bdt44 does not impose currency conversion charges on BDT transactions; the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming balance.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. In rare cases where a network delay occurs, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within this timeframe, please contact the bdt44 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Your account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal can be approved. First-time withdrawals may require submission of a government-issued identification document.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet from which the most recent deposit was made, unless the support team has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt44 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the bonus in question.

General rules applicable to all bdt44 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.

• Where a player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.

Patterns of play that are designed primarily to exploit bonuses rather than engage in genuine gaming — including but not limited to low-variance wagering strategies, bet hedging across markets to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, or collusion between multiple accounts to cycle bonus funds — will result in bonus forfeiture, account restriction, or permanent suspension at bdt44's sole discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bdt44 platform are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product — casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets each operate under their own rule set, which is accessible within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable game rules.

For sports betting, the following general provisions apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds update continuously and the odds shown at confirmation are binding.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bdt44's settlement rules for that event type will apply. In most cases, stakes on void events are returned to the player's account balance.
• bdt44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns are reported by governing sports bodies.
• Maximum win limits apply to sports betting markets and are displayed in the sportsbook interface. bdt44 will not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of published limits regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt44 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all associated bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated in-play betting.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual to access the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdt44 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. bdt44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting odds. Any winnings derived from a recognised technical error are void and will be removed from the player's balance.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the bdt44 platform for commercial purposes, including advertising, recruitment of players, or operation of third-party affiliate schemes without prior written approval from bdt44.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt44 platform, including but not limited to the bdt44 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics and audio, text, data compilations, software, and marketing materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt44 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bdt44 platform or its content without the prior written consent of bdt44.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdt44 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunction on your end.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, including during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes bdt44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10 Privacy & Data

bdt44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at bdt44.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

The personal data you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform — including identity documents, payment information, and transaction history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. bdt44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

bdt44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; it should never be regarded as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bdt44 players and can be activated directly from the account dashboard without delay:

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — bdt44 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the registered email address or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your bdt44 account. To request account closure, contact the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated mobile wallet following completion of all applicable verification and withdrawal processing steps, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or suspected fraudulent activity exists.

bdt44 may terminate this Agreement and close your account immediately and without prior notice where you have materially breached any provision of this Agreement, where required to do so by a competent legal authority, or where continued operation of your account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other players.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the bdt44 customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bdt44 will always endeavour to resolve disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith before any formal legal process is initiated.

The majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt44 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
